March 19, 2024The City of Charlotte is seeking an Operations Supervisor in the Facility Operations Division of the General Services Department. The position is based in the Facility Operations Division of the General Services Department. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for directing and supervising a diverse field staff (painting, carpentry, roofing, M/E/P, etc.) in the maintenance of various City Buildings, Parking Lots, Parking Decks, and Structural Systems. Provide project management for building improvement projects and preparation of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) budgets associated with these and other programs.
