The Facility Services Coordinator (FSC) is part of the Facility Management Services team. The FSC is expected to deal courteously, responsibly, and competently with internal and external clients in a demanding corporate environment. Regular attendance, initiative, enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential.
The FSC must be self-motivated and able to successfully perform tasks independently with minimum supervision. The FSC must possess excellent communication skills and be able to perform required tasks successfully and in a timely manner. The position is responsible for managing new construction projects, several of which are forecast in the near term. Central to the position are long and short-range planning and annual and long-range capital and operating budget management.
