2:45-3:45 Educational Session #2: Women In FM Panel Real Talk: An opportunity for female FM's to engage in a 'real talk' regarding their experiences with diversity and inclusion issues during their career. Panel will consist of seasoned FM's, as well as two young member female FMs.
4:00-5:00 Educational Session #3: Mike Petrusky - Workplace Paradox: Confronting Change and Challenges in 2020

The Carolina Chapters of IFMA (Upstate, SC; Columbia, SC; Charlotte, NC; Piedmont Triad, NC; Greater Triangle, NC) will honor the Best in the Carolinas in Facilities Management. IFMA Carolinas Awards will be presented to winners at a celebration on March 5, 2020. IFMA Carolinas Awards finalists and winners will be selected by a panel of judges in the following categories:
- FM Professional of the Year
- Associate Member of the Year
- Young Member of the Year (35 and younger)
- Innovation of the Year
