Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive by 8:00 am
What to Bring: Just yourselves and business cards. No sponsor tables, displays, or swag set-up needed for partners.
What to Wear: Comfortable outdoor attire. Dress for the weather (jacket/gloves/boots - IT WILL BE COLD!)
Guns & Ammo Provided: Meadow Wood will supply all guns, ammo, and protective gear (eye & ear).
Bringing Your Own Shotgun?
Leave it in your car until a Meadow Wood staff member inspects and approves it. It must be over 28" long.
Only 12 & 20 gauge shells are provided. If using another gauge, bring your own shells.
Eye & Ear Protection: Provided, but you may use sunglasses, prescription glasses, or personal ear protection if preferred.

2. 50/50 Cash Raffle: Please bring cash for these raffle tickets >> 50% goes to
Folds of Honor, and the other 50% goes to the winning ticket holder.
