NFMT is proud to have been the facilities management industry's premiere destination for education, networking and product discovery for the last 25 years in Baltimore, Maryland. Starting in Charlotte, North Carolina, this year we are excited to bring you the same content, buzz and exploration you expect from NFMT, wrapped in a brand new experience.  Replacing the annual IFMA Carolinas Summit and Gala in 2026, the Carolina chapters have collaborated to host the NFMT Happy Hour at Le Meridien's City Lights Rooftop.  Join fellow IFMA Carolina members and FM professionals from around the Queen City, Carolinas, and beyond!

** Registration is open to FM professionals and members of the IFMA Carolina Chapters (Charlotte, Triangle, Triad, and Upstate SC). Priority registration will be given to FM professionals. Associate Members may be placed on a waitlist if the event approaches capacity and will be notified via email should this occur. If an Associate Member is unable to be accommodated due to capacity limitations, their registration fee will be refunded. Any waitlist-related notifications will be communicated no later than four (4) days prior to the event.
