Scott Schroeder, managing member of The Proximity Group and retired Command Sergeant Major of U.S. Army Forces Command the Army's largest command.

Scott's retirement from the military marked the beginning of a new chapter as an author. His book, Behind The Colors, a guide for enlisted leaders has been an amazon top 2% seller since published 2018. He was also selected as an Association of the U.S. Army Leadership Fellow.

Since retiring he has, has worked as the director of a national nonprofit and in manufacturing before starting his career as a consultant.

Scott has a unique way of creating understandable solutions to complex and complicated problems. He enjoys working with construction, manufacturing, and specialty trade companies, underscoring his commitment to supporting those who do hard work.

He brings his decades of military training, coaching, and mentoring to the private sector to help companies increase effectiveness and capacity by developing leaders and improving team performance.
