IFMA Charlotte is excited to provide this breakfast session to Charlotte facility managers and industry stakeholders. A common trait of successful business leaders is an early schedule.The purpose of this meeting is to equip facility managers with the logical tools necessary to effectively lead their team. The program will start at 7:45 with networking and announcements, with the speaker session starting promptly at 8 a.m.
Join us for a thought-provoking session on Leadership and Strategy, with Chris Joyner Executive Advisor, Thought Leader, and Leadership Consultant. Chris helps organizations and their leaders tackle significant challenges, create alignment within their organizations, and deliver sustainable mission-centric results. Chris, Rachel and their 2 children moved from the D.C. area to Charlotte in 2011.
The Leadership Triangle is comprised of three aspects tactical, strategic, and transformational. The way that facility managers handle responsibilities in each of the aspects will ultimately determine the 'success' of an endeavor. In this session, attendees will be introduced to the Leadership Triangle then divided into mini-groups to analyze and diagnose the challenges their organizations face.
