REFUND POLICY
We do not give refunds for registration cancellations. Instead, we will provide credit for a future meeting registration provided you give notice 3 days prior to the meeting, or you may send a substitute of your choice to the meeting.
CREDIT CARD CONVENIENCE FEE NOTICE
Effective immediately, a credit card convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. This fee covers the processing costs and ensures we can continue to provide excellent service. Thank you for your understanding and support!
