C.F. Smith Property Manager
May 17, 2021The Property Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing all aspects of property care and service across the C. F. Smith Property Group portfolio of commercial retail real estate holdings. These holdings include approximately 40 companies owning 125 properties and serving over 200 leasing tenants.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Work Orders and Repairs
• Preventive Maintenance
• Vendor/Technician Management
• Leasing/Marketing Assistance
• Tenant Relationships
• Quality Control & Reporting
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Experience in real estate, property management or construction
• Minimum of two-year associate's degree, bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have strong knowledge maneuvering municipal GIS systems
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
• Must demonstrate the ability to understand and interpret lease agreements
and other real estate legal documents
COMPENSATION:
Dependent upon candidate qualifications, experience, fit and in line with
market expectations in the geographic region
