Cleanstreak Business Development Associate

Cleanstreak Surface Cleaning, LLC is seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to proactively and aggressively prospect/qualify opportunities and assist the Business Development Manager in the Charlotte, NC MSA.

Cleanstreak is a commercial pressure washing company that has custom engineered a proprietary cleaning machine and mobile water treatment system that allows us to clean parking garages 4x faster than competitors and sets the standard for environmental compliance. Our customers include property managers, general contractors, hospitals, universities, and sports venues. We have a strong commitment to understanding our customers' needs so that we can provide unparalleled customer service and the highest quality work.

What you will be doing:
- Lead generation, opportunity qualification, and contract negotiation
- Estimate projects and provide quotations
- Manage a CRM platform and data entry
- Assist the Business Development Manager to close deals
- Develop relationships with regional customers and national accounts
What is required to perform role:
- History of sales experience
- Advanced Computer Skills (Excel, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of SPIN Selling Techniques and Methodology, or Sandler Training
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
