VP, Maintenance & Asset Management - Kenton County, KY Airport

The Kenton County Airport Board is seeking a Vice President of Maintenance & Asset Management for the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the leadership that manage staff and ensure continual operation, maintenance and security of Airport facilities, airfield and all associated infrastructure. You will provide direction and support for Asset Management, Airfield, Fleet, Facilities, and Environmental Operations Departments. In addition, you will be responsible for the effective management of contractors hired by KCAB to perform services associated with proper operations and maintenance of the Airport.

Included in the essential duties for the incumbent are directing departmental leadership staff to ensure operating and maintenance standards are being met; providing oversight for the asset management and maintenance of the facilities ensuring compliance and safety; monitoring and managing contractors and their performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions associated with the contract and operating and maintenance standards are being met; leading the preparation and overseeing the departmental budgets, including revenue, operating expenses, and capital improvement programs; and providing sound and effective fiscal management.

Position Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field to the area of assignment and twelve years of related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Salary & Benefits
